The Pelvic Girdle Questionnaire (PGQ) has good test-retest reliability, internal consistency and construct validity. The instrument consists of 25 items divided into two subscales (activities and symptoms). Objective: The aim of this study was cross-culturally adapted for the Brazilian population “Pelvic Girdle Questionnaire” (PGQ). Method: The process of cross cultural adaptation occurred in 5 stages: translation, back translation, analysis of the expert committee, Delphi Study and pretest. A Delphi study was added to the process for submission of the instrument to the opinion of 17 physiotherapists experts from different regions of the country.
